A huge effort is being put into developing our coaching pathway this year.

All volunteer coaches will be invited to attend a series of coach education sessions throughout the season and receive dedicated tips and drills. They will be shown how to manage group sessions given tried and tested methods that ensure the children develop their core hockey skills and have a lot of fun doing so.

All coaches who complete the coaching pathway programme will receive certification and be invited to attend further accreditation courses.
