Ladies G 3-0 Valley D...Gs Gun down valley

Sunday saw the mighty Gs take on Valley D at Club. 
The team kept up the pressure throughout the game with most of it being played in the Valley half. The team capitalised on Valley's strategy of playing without a goalie...a feat that has eluded the Gs on more than one occasion in the past. Defence played well leaving Lisa, in goal, to block the lone shot at goal from Valley D. 
Both of the goals from the short corners came from Jo Fargus, captain for the game. The third goal came from Cristina Wilkinson who is creating some serious competition for those eyeing the top scorer honours.
