From the gecko, the B Team started to turn on the heat on SCUM, just like what Skips asked us to do during one of his famous pre-game speeches, where this time he quoted Winston Churchill on D-Day as a way to get his troops fired up. Between you and me, no one really saw the correlation between Winston using 160,000 troops on 6 June 1944, and the B Team using only 14 men and never facing any resistance what so ever.

Anyway, Andy kicked of the goal spree by putting the first points on the scoreboard within the first five minutes. The crowd of one didn't have to wait too long for more goals, including ones from Jasper (2x actually, of which one he claimed was his best ever goal), Dik van Bonk (2x, of which one goal was more beautiful than Jasper's best ever goal), Skips (while charging like an Australian roadtrain through defense, dummying the goallie with a fake slap), and two more goals that were clearly not that spectacular as today's writer can't remember them at all.

Overall, a Sunday afternoon can't get any better for a Football Club player than an 8-0 thumping of SCUM, which victory joy was shared by the crowd of one, celebrating on her own by doing the Mexican wave in the stands.....
